According to Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the EU L.2016.119.1 of 04.05.2016 – hereinafter GDPR), I inform you that:

2. Your personal data will be processed depending on the content of the message you send. They may be processed for the purpose of performing a contract or taking action before entering into a contract based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; to fulfill a legal obligation incumbent on the Controller based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR; or to respond to your inquiry via the form based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e., the legitimate interest of the Controller.
3. Your personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of responding to the question you asked via the contact form or dealing with the matter your message concerns.
4. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the Controller to respond to your question or handle the matter related to the content of your message.
5. The Controller does not disclose your data to other recipients except entities authorized by law and entities that process personal data on behalf of the Controller under a data processing agreement.
6. The Controller does not intend to transfer your data to a third country or international organizations.
7. Your data will be processed depending on the content of your message for the period necessary to respond to your question or deal with the matter your message concerns.
8. In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:
1) The right to access your data and receive a copy of it;
2) The right to rectify (correct) your personal data;
3) The right to restrict the processing of personal data;
4) The right to delete personal data;
5) The right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (at the address of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00 – 193 Warsaw);
6) The right to object to the processing of personal data for reasons related to your particular situation, if the personal data are processed based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
9. Based on your personal data, the Controller will not make automated decisions concerning you, including decisions resulting from profiling.
